Tuesday, October 30: A woman living at the Foxglove Apartments was taken to Nashoba Valley Medical Center by ambulance at 3:55 a.m. At 10:33 a.m. a child playing with a phone accidentally dialed 911. A Harvard resident came in to the station at 1:22 p.m. to talk about some mail she received that she believed could be a postal scam. A report of an erratic driver near the intersection of Mass. Ave. and Littleton County Road came into dispatch at 5:40 p.m., but police were unable to find a vehicle that matched the description given. A Sheehan Road resident was taken to Emerson Hospital by the ambulance team at 7:45 p.m. The burglar alarm went off at Dunkin’ Donuts at 11:05 p.m., but police found nothing suspicious and secured the building.
Wednesday, October 31: At 7:38 p.m. a caller reported someone sitting in the middle of Ayer Road. Police did not find anyone there when they went to investigate. Dispatch received a call about a lost camera at 10:38 p.m. A caller with suspicions about two children walking on the Camp Green Eyrie grounds reported them to police at 10:29 p.m. It turned out that the children were out and about for Halloween.
Thursday, November 1: A caller reported a vehicle illegally passing a school bus on Littleton Road at 4 p.m.
Friday, November 2: A car accident dispatched a deer on Ayer Road shortly before 7:19 a.m., when the driver notified police of the animal’s demise.
Saturday, November 3: A Foxglove Apartments resident was taken to Nashoba Valley Medical Center by ambulance at 12:18 a.m. An abandoned 911 call coming from a residence on Ayer Road came into dispatch at 9:26 p.m. Police responded to the call, which turned out to be a domestic dispute that was then resolved in the home.
Sunday, November 4: Craig McNamara, 22, of Leominster, was stopped for driving erratically on Ayer Road at 1:34 a.m., and was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested, booked, bailed, and released with charges of erratic operation of a vehicle and operating under the influence. The ambulance team took a man living at the Foxglove Apartments to Leominster Hospital at 2:53 a.m. A Harvard resident irritated with the traffic flow in the center of town during church services came to the station at 10:30 a.m. to report this. At 11:03 p.m. Ayer police asked Harvard police for help locating a male suspect they believe broke into Mr. Mike’s Citgo gas station on Ayer Road. Harvard police were unable to locate the man within town limits.
Monday, November 5: A Harvard woman whose identity was stolen and used to accumulate credit cards asked police for help at 1:56 p.m. The matter is under investigation, Officer Castro said.
