On the road with COA
Call the COA office at 978-456-4120 for more detailed information or to sign up for trips. Anyone who cannot afford a trip can contact the office about a scholarship.
- Wednesday, May 25: COA travelers will see where Boston’s water comes from on this trip to the Quabbin Reservoir. Following the tour and the video recounting the history of the reservoir’s creation, lunch will be at the Salem Cross Inn. Cost is $5, plus lunch. The group will leave Hildreth House at 8:30 a.m. and return by 3 p.m.
- Friday, June 10: Place reservations now for this trip to the Hanover Theatre in Worcester to see the Tony award-winning production of Fiddler on the Roof. The group will leave Hildreth House at 6:45 p.m. and will return around 11 p.m. Tickets are $50, due with your reservation.
- Monday, June 13: The COA is arranging a trip to visit the Seashore Trolley Museum in Kennebunkport, Maine. Trip-goers will visit the museum, take a trolley ride, and tour the grounds. Lunch follows in Kennebunkport, with some free time for shopping downtown. The group will leave Hildreth house at 8 a.m. and return by 5 p.m. Cost is $10 plus lunch.
