An opportunity to make a difference

October 14, 2011

Kari and Dave James’s daughter Margaret Ann has relapsed leukemia and needs immediate support from our community. They have been selected for the Not Your Average Cause program sponsored by Not Your Average Joe’s Restaurant in Acton, Massachusetts. This fundraiser has afforded our community with the tremendous opportunity to directly help Meg’s family.

On Tuesdays throughout the month of November during restaurant business hours, Not Your Average Joe’s in Acton will set aside an amount equal to 15 percent of all purchases (excluding alcohol, taxes, and gratuity) made by Meg James supporters. This applies to take-out orders as well!

Present the certificate, (go to The Harvard Press website, www.harvardpress.com, click on the “For Meg” ad on top right column, and print the certificate) to your Not Your Average Joe’s server at the time of your visit.

You must have your certificate at the time of your visit to help the James family. You may duplicate the certificate and/or post it electronically for others.

That means your days to make a difference will be Tuesday, Nov. 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29.

Thank you for your support.

See you there!
