At long last! We can burn all those leaves and broken branches and all that chaff that’s collected on the ground in our yards and on our lawns since last fall that has lain uncovered and lying there all that time until the New Year came. It could have been burned a long time ago. But, there it lies. On the cold, cold ground under snow and ice…waiting. Waiting for what? Jan. 15? Of course!
