Registration open for summer programs
Registration for Harvard Parks and Recreation’s summer swimming, boating, and tennis programs is now open. Visit the swimming or tennis program pages at www.harvardparkandrec.org for more information or click on “Register Online” to sign up.
New this summer season are the Water Tots classes at the beach at Bare Hill Pond. These classes are designed to introduce the youngest of Bare Hill Pond beachgoers to the water and to teach the basics for developing a comfort level and confidence in the water.
Transfer station permits available June 1
Transfer station permits for 2012-13 will be available at Town Hall starting June 1.
- Purchase by June 30: $235
- Purchase between July 1 and 31: $260
- Purchase between Aug. 1 and June 30, 2013: $290
- Seniors: $25. Must be 65 or older on or before June 30, 2012.
