University of Massachusetts, Amherst, has named Molly Caroom of Littleton Road a Women into Leadership 2020 fellow. Molly, class of 2020, is pursuing a degree from the UMass University without Walls.
Women into Leadership, or UWiL, is a competitive leadership training and professional development program that prepares students from Massachusetts’ flagship public university for public leadership. By introducing these students to public leaders and providing opportunities for them to see firsthand the benefits of public service, UWiL provides models and pathways into leadership for college students, while helping to address the gender gap in politics and creating a pipeline from public education into public service.
