We wanted to thank everyone who participated in the yard sale we held at Essential Therapies Day Spa Saturday, July 14. Thanks to many donations and purchases at the yard sale, we were able to raise $600. Not bad at 25 to 50 cents a shot for many items!
A portion of the sales will go to the Bolton Public Library. The remaining funds will be used to offer spa services to individuals and/or families in need who otherwise would not be able to afford to come to the spa. Many of these families are dealing with a major illness. Our long-term goal is to regularly offer services to these individuals and families at a reduced rate or free of charge.
Thanks to yard-sale support, we scheduled our first appointments during July and August.
