Sixth graders at the Bromfield School built an outdoor sculpture park recently with individually created totem poles made of wood, stone, metal, leather, feathers, and shells. The project was a collaboration among several artists, including sculptor Linda Hoffman, Greta Minervini, Alicia Dwyer, and Sharon Chandler, who is also a middle school art teacher. Also involved were Bromfield science teacher Glen Tarullo and language arts teacher Miranda Miller.

Editor’s note: This article has been corrected and updated. The original version omitted Alicia Dwyer’s name. Dwyer is a local artist who helped the students with the totem project
