A Christmas thank-you

December 17, 2010

I wish to extend a heartfelt thanks to all who contributed to the success of the annual town of Harvard Ecumenical Christmas Pageant this past weekend. There are so many adults and children who work together to make this event an enjoyable, warm and binding community event. I wish to thank all of the musicians and their teachers, all the choir members and their directors and accompanists, the cast of children from grades 1 through 12, and their cast monitors. There are so many parents who donate their time and talents to make this event a joyful one for all of us to welcome the Christmas season, and this event would not be possible without many hands contributing. A special thanks to Nancy and Steve Cronin for overseeing the cocoa and cookies. There are so many others who work tirelessly and without recognition to make this beautiful event possible. To all of you, a sincere thank-you.

We would also like to thank Harvard Parks and Recreation for the lighting of the beautiful Christmas tree on the Common for all of us to enjoy.

Thank you to those in the community who came to enjoy this wonderful and unifying community event. The children work very hard to present the community with this heart-warming gift every year and we thank all who make it possible.
