Harvard resident and local student Kaia Bishop will dance in the role of the Frog Chorus in the March 17 and 18 performances of Commonwealth Ballet’s full-length ballet “Beauty and the Beast.”
For three shows at the Casey Theatre, Regis College, 235 Wellesley St., in Weston, Commonwealth Ballet dancers will be joined by a cast of 36 young local dancers and guest artists. Live musical accompaniment will enhance this full-length ballet story of charity, honor, grace, and true love.
Performances are on March 17 at 1 and 6 p.m. and March 18 at 1 p.m. Tickets cost $20 to $28 and are available at www.commonwealthballet.org or by calling 978-263-7794.
