Rollstone Bank & Trust (RBT) has announced six promotions.
Laura Pearsall and Heather Sarasin have been named Vice Presidents in the Bank’s Retail Division. They joined RBT in 2001 and 2002, respectively and serve as Branch Managers. Pearsall and Sarasin are instrumental in employee development, and help to oversee all the retail locations in the Bank’s footprint.

Also in the Retail Division, Robert Courtemanche and Heather Finnerty were promoted to Branch Managers. Heather came to RBT six years ago with extensive retail and customer service experience. Courtemanche has been with the Bank since 2011 with a strong supervisory and customer service background. He will be instrumental in helping serve commercial customers in Leominster and surrounding towns.
Amy Bonilla, promoted to Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, joined RBT in 1999. Amy is involved in every aspect of the Bank’s employee benefit package, and coordinates all employee events. In addition, she serves on the North Central MA Chamber of Commerce HR Committee. Bonilla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of South Florida.
Amanda McGrath has been named Credit Officer. She joined RBT in 2007 in a part-time position, working during college breaks. Upon graduating from UMass in 2010 with a Bachelor’s in Economics, McGrath entered RBT’s Business Intern program. She gained experience in several departments prior to being promoted to Credit Analyst in 2011.
