I fully support Ken Swanton as a candidate for Board of Selectmen, having had the pleasure of working with him over the last three years. Ken listens to all sides of an issue, reaches out to people for input, and is diligent about collecting facts and opinions before reaching a decision. He is constantly striving to improve town services and is a consensus builder who brings a practical, creative approach to solutions. Ken takes his role seriously and devotes many hours of personal time to help turn ideas into reality. He also understands that as a steward of the taxpayers, funding is not limitless. He works hard to help prioritize projects and initiatives, identify external sources of funds, and ensure that effective management and operations are in place. His many years of town government experience both here and in Bolton, along with his business experience, are a great asset to the town, and I hope you will consider voting for him in the upcoming election.
