Worcester County District Attorney Joe Early presented Bromfield Celebration, a newly formed nonprofit, with a check for $1,000 April 12. The grant was in support of Bromfield’s post-prom party that helps keep high school students safe and off the roads. For 23 years, the Bromfield School has been decorated in line with a secret theme, transforming the school in about eight hours to a welcoming, fun, substance-free environment to be enjoyed by students and their guests after the prom.
