It is with great sadness that I have decided to retire and close my orthopedic practice here in Ayer, Massachusetts, after more than 33 years. It has been an extraordinary privilege to serve the people here in the Nashoba community. The catastrophic closure of the Nashoba Valley Medical Center has left me without the appropriate resources to continue practice here at the now defunct Nashoba Valley Medical Center.
The office will close at 5 p.m. Monday, March 31, 2025. No new patients will be seen as of March 1, 2025. I will not be seeing patients as of the close of the day on Friday, March 14, 2025.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the Nashoba Valley Medical Center employees, nurses, and fellow physicians for their support throughout my career. Nashoba Valley Medical Center was a very special place to work and our community has lost so much more than just a hospital. I will miss you all.
