I extend my deepest gratitude to the Harvard Public Library for graciously hosting Welcome Home, my photo exhibit, created in collaboration with the immensely talented Jodi Hilton. I am profoundly grateful to everyone who took the time to visit and engage with the exhibit.
A heartfelt thank you as well for the incredible community members who have supported the Neighborhood Support Team in their unwavering commitment to helping us over the past three years. It is through your collective generosity, compassion, and steadfast dedication that we have been able to rebuild our lives and find a sense of belonging. This exhibit stands as a testament to the power of community and the profound impact of kindness.
Your generosity has changed my life and my family’s life in ways we could never have imagined. Giving us a home, supporting our education, and standing by us in our most difficult times shows the depth of your kindness and compassion.
You didn’t just provide us with shelter or assistance; you gave us hope, stability, and a foundation for a better future. Your support has been a light in our lives, guiding us through challenges and showing us that there are truly good people in the world.
I am endlessly grateful for everything you have done. Words feel so small to express how much we appreciate you, but please know that your kindness will always be remembered in our hearts. You are like angels who stepped in when we needed it most.
Thanks to you, my family and I are in a position to grow and work toward a brighter future. I hope one day I can help others in the same way you have helped us and carry forward the generosity you’ve shown.
