On Saturday, May 1, approximately 300 people showed up to share in the democratic process of Annual Town Meeting—a tradition as old as the town itself. The low turnout may have been the result of a beautiful 80-degree spring day.
Residents entered a very empty room as Town Meeting kicked off at 9 a.m.
