I was excited to see Carlene Phillips’ column in the Harvard Press last week because I think she does an excellent job of articulating why voting “yes” for the Town Center Septic Task Force Warrant Article 14 is important to the town’s future. I share her thoughts and for this reason plan to vote for the article next Saturday at Town Meeting. I couldn’t have said it better.
