MassDevelopment and its predecessors have done quite a few development projects similar to Devens. I am surprised that MassDevelopment does not separate out the municipal services and redevelopment elements of its budgets. This is not rocket science, only sound accounting practice. It’s high time for them to do so, to give us all a better understanding of where the money goes, so we can better plan for the long term.
