As perhaps the most vocal critic of the current distribution of Harvard trash bags, it is only appropriate for me to compliment Harvard’s Select Board, town administrator, and others for coming up with an approach that ought to work well for any resident. In the meantime, I have to make sure we have enough trash bags to last until the trash bag dispenser at HIldreth House is operational.
