As a longtime resident of Harvard (almost 40 years), I am really excited that Paul Scott is our interim Department of Public Works director. I had the great pleasure of working with Paul at Framingham’s DPW for over 10 years, back when it was a town of 70,000 residents. Paul is energetic, personable, a great listener, and has great leadership and management skills. The folks at Capital Strategic Solutions (I know several of the staff who started up this great consulting firm) gave Harvard the very best when they assigned Paul to our town. I hope Harvard takes advantage of Paul’s expertise and learns a lot from him. Welcome, Paul!
